“Press Summary”
The Porsche 968 CS is a sporty and lightweight Porsche that is ideally suited for racing and spirited driving on the road. Its special equipment and weight reduction make it a unique model in Porsche history.
The 968 CS was ordered as a Targa, which is very rare for the CS!
According to research, it is the 1st of 306 CS “Targa” models built
Very few of these were delivered to the German market; the exact number is unknown!
Instead of the red wheels matching the car’s color, as was customary for the CS, the wheels were ordered and delivered in silver; the model designation on the rear was omitted.
See the MNR codes and data sheets in the appendix below the photos at the very bottom.
